No. There is no contract and you are only committed for the month that you are paying and can cancel the subscription at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your price plans at any time as you grow your business.
No. Selro does not take any commission from your sales or any set-up fees. The monthly amount mentioned in the pricing page is all you have to pay.
Selro is an online platform and you can access it anywhere in the world. It will work on any computer (PC, Mac), smartphone or tablets. Selro software is supported in most of the browsers and best viewed on Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
There are no set-up fees and our onboarding team will help you to get started up with your Selro account
We’d be sad to see you go. But if you do change your mind then you can cancel at any time.
Trust & Security
Selro uses Amazon AWS cloud computing to provide its services. All the data is securely stored with encryption at rest. Selro uses SSL over Http for data transmission.
Selro is 100% GDPR compliant. GDPR is the EU regulation for data protection.
Once a subscription is cancelled, after 30 days any data will be removed from the system. However, if you would like to freeze the account for a period and then come back, please let our support teams know before cancelling the account.
Services
Depending on the demand for that marketplace or e-commerce store, we will add the required integration. However, if there is no strong demand, you can opt-in to our customer integration where you can pay a small fixed fee to get the integration added into your account. Also if you have a developer, you can also use our API to implement the integration

How long does it take to get set up?
It only takes a few minutes to connect your channels and Selro will download the full catalogue and orders. However, if you want to transfer data from a competitor, this may take a little longer depending on the quality of data provided to our on-boarding team. What if Selro does not support the e-commerce service that I am using? If it is a standard e-commerce service used by many sellers, we will do our best to incorporate into Selro. However, if it is a custom build e-commerce service only for your business, then you can use our API to integrate with Selro.
Can I get a refund after the subscription starts?
We recommend to fully use the 14 Day free trial to see how Selro can be used to grow your e-commerce business. 14 Day free trial can be extended for a further 1 week if required. However, once the subscription is started, we can not issue any refunds unless there is a compelling reason for it.
