Which platforms does Selro work on?

Selro is an online platform and you can access it anywhere in the world. It will work on any computer (PC, Mac) , smartphone or tablets. Selro software is supported in most of the browsers and best viewed on Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

Are there any set-up fees?

There are no set-up fees and our onboarding team will help you to get started up with your Selro account

Does Selro offer support after the sign up?

Certainly! Our dedicated supporting team will help you if you get stuck while using Selro. You will have email, chat or phone support (only during 10AM - 5PM GMT) from our friendly support team.

What if I change my mind?

We’d hate to see you go. But if you do change your mind then you can cancel at any time.

How long does it take to get set up?

It only takes few minutes to connect your channels and Selro will download the full catalogue and orders. However, if you want to transfer data from a competitor, this may take little longer depending on the quality of data provided to our on-boarding team.

What if Selro does not support the e-commerce service that I am using?

If it is a standard e-commerce service used by many sellers, we will do our best to incorporate into Selro. However, if it is a custom build e-commerce service only for your business, then you can use our API to integrate with Selro.
